Apartment Painting Prices in Israel by Room Count
By KABLAY Editorial · · 7 min read

At 29 September 2026 the HaMiktzoanim painting guide lists VAT-inclusive apartment ranges of ₪1,000–2,000 for one room (up to 30 m²), ₪1,600–3,000 for two (about 60 m²), ₪3,000–4,500 for three (about 80 m²), ₪4,500–5,300 for four (about 100 m²) and ₪7,000–9,000 for five (about 150 m²). Room count without approximate floor area or wall condition is too vague to compare offers.
What is included?
For two or more rooms the source describes two acrylic coats, minor filler repairs, materials and cleanup. Ceilings, doors and frames are excluded. One room ceiling with materials is around ₪500–600; a 5 m² bathroom including ceiling and plaster repairs is ₪900–1,200. Furnished apartments, heavy cracks, dampness or a major colour change can change the scope and price.
Make quotes comparable
Ask both painters to specify rooms, preparation, number of coats, paint type, furniture protection, cleanup and completion date. Photograph existing defects. Do not multiply apartment floor area by a wall-painting per-m² rate: those measure different surfaces. The Kablay painting prices now separate whole-apartment jobs from ceilings and bathrooms.
