Cancel a KABLAY Purchase
This page applies only to digital services purchased directly from KABLAY. The repair agreement and payment for work are between the client and specialist; cancellation of that agreement must be handled with the specialist.

How to submit a request
Email support@kablay.co.il with the subject “Cancel KABLAY purchase” or call the number below. Include your name, account phone or email, purchase date and amount, payment or receipt identifier if available, and a clear request to cancel. Do not send a full card number. If law requires additional identification, support will request it separately through an appropriate method.
A purchase made in the iPhone app
Credits and Premium bought in the KABLAY app for iPhone are paid through Apple: Apple is the seller for that transaction and charges your Apple account. A refund for such a purchase is requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and decided by Apple under its own rules; KABLAY cannot reverse an Apple charge. If Apple refunds a payment, the matching credits or Premium period are removed from the account. Premium in the app is a monthly subscription. It renews until cancelled in Apple subscription settings; access continues through the paid period.
How cancellation is handled
- Mandatory rights and time limits under Israeli law apply and are not waived by these terms.
- Eligibility, any permitted cancellation fee, and the refund amount depend on the purchase type, request date, and whether the digital service has already been used.
- Bonus points are not purchased funds. Paid points and Premium are assessed using the specific transaction record and applicable law.
- Deleting an account is not a substitute for a separate purchase-cancellation notice.
Specialist work is a separate agreement
Each specialist job is governed by a separate agreement made directly with the selected contractor. If Ivan Kamenca is selected, he is responsible for his agreement and work as the direct contractor; KABLAY provides no separate platform guarantee of his work. KABLAY cannot cancel an agreement with another specialist or settle its payment for the parties. Record cancellation, work already performed, materials, and payment directly with the contractor. KABLAY may forward a message to another specialist but does not guarantee a reply or resolution.
