KABLAY’s Role, Complaints and Disputes

KABLAY is an online marketplace, not a repair company. The independent specialist or crew selected by the client performs the work, and payment is usually made directly. KABLAY is not a party to the agreement, does not supervise performance, and does not guarantee the specialist or the quality, safety, timing, or outcome of work.

Who performs the work

The work is performed by an independent specialist or crew chosen by the client. Scope, timing, materials, price, and warranty should be agreed with the specialist before work starts.

Who receives payment

Final payment terms are agreed between the client and the specialist. If there is advance payment, material purchase, or cash payment, ask for a receipt, invoice, contract, or written confirmation.

What the specialist warrants

A specialist may provide warranty for labor, installation, joints, seams, or specific parts. Terms depend on the job type, materials, access, and the cause of any later fault.

What KABLAY may do

KABLAY may review available task data, request photos or records, and forward a complaint to the specialist. This supports communication; it is not a technical inspection, arbitration, or acceptance of liability for the work.

What to do if work quality is poor

Document the issue with photos, a short video, dates, messages, and payment records. Write to the specialist and state the requested outcome. If there is no answer, you may report it to KABLAY, but the platform cannot compel a visit, repair, or refund.

What KABLAY does not promise

KABLAY does not provide insurance, a workmanship guarantee fund, or a compensation program for specialist work and does not promise a discount, refund, repeat visit, correction, or settlement. If a separate written KABLAY offer expressly says otherwise, only that offer’s terms and mandatory legal rights apply.

Status of support

Support is not a court, arbitrator, quality expert, or representative of either party. KABLAY participating in communication does not mean it accepts liability, admits a claim, or confirms either party’s account.

What documents are needed

Task number, before/after photos, defect video, messages, quote, receipt or invoice, proof of payment, material list and a short timeline of the visit and issue.

Support response time

KABLAY aims to respond within a reasonable time but does not guarantee a response or review deadline. Timing depends on support availability, evidence, and the other party’s response.

How to file a complaint

Open the specialist profile and choose “Report”, or contact support. Add the task number, photos, videos, messages, receipts, quote, and what outcome you expect.

When to contact the specialist directly

For price, timing, repeat visits, warranty on a specific part, or contract details, contact the selected specialist first. If they do not answer or the dispute is not resolved, you may report it to KABLAY support.

Before work starts, confirm

  • exact task and address
  • labor price and material cost separately
  • start and finish timing
  • specialist warranty terms
  • payment method and paperwork
  • who buys materials and carries selection risk

How complaint review works

1

You describe the issue and attach evidence.

2

KABLAY may review the task, profile, and communication history available to it.

3

KABLAY may request the specialist’s position or forward a message without guaranteeing a reply or resolution.

4

If resolved, both sides confirm it in writing. If not, the client can use the documents for further action directly with the specialist or relevant authorities.
