A client publishes a task through a short flow, with an optional budget. The task may be shown to independent specialists by category and area; responses depend on their interest and availability and are not guaranteed.
We focus on a clear category structure, public specialist profiles and a simple post-task flow in Hebrew, Russian and English. Profile data is submitted by specialists or labelled by source and should be checked before booking.

The client agrees the price with and pays the independent specialist directly. KABLAY does not collect or hold payment for the work; specialist access terms are shown separately in the Pro section.
A profile may show phone, document, portfolio, review, license, or insurance badges. Each records only a limited review at a point in time; it does not confirm quality, reliability, or current validity.
Israeli cities can be selected when posting and searching. Active supply depends on trade and city, changes over time, and is not guaranteed.
