What are points?+
Points are an internal KABLAY access unit. They are used to unlock contacts, are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
What do I get for 5 points?+
You get the client's phone and WhatsApp for one task. There is no second charge for that same task.
Why are points charged for my public profile?+
If a unique visitor opens your phone or WhatsApp, 1 point is charged. There is no second charge for that visitor on the same day.
When are points refunded?+
If a client cancels an unlocked task before work starts, the contact charge is refunded automatically. Otherwise the contact has already been provided and points are not refunded.
What does Premium include?+
Premium includes task contacts and public-profile contact opens with no charges, removes the two-active-job limit and adds profile features.
Why can standard access have only two active jobs?+
A standard specialist can manage up to two accepted tasks at once. Completing or cancelling one frees a slot. Premium has no such limit.
Can I message the client?+
The primary contact methods are phone and WhatsApp after an unlock. Task chat is available as an additional feature after you take the job.
Does KABLAY take a commission from client payments?+
No. You agree the price and payment method directly with the client, and KABLAY takes no percentage from completed work.
