A hydrobox is more complex than a standard shower cabin. In addition to glass and drainage, it can include jets, a mixer, hoses, lighting, radio, steam generator or pump. Pressure, drainage and electrical safety must be checked before installation.
What is checked before installation
- Water pressure. Hydromassage performs poorly with low pressure.
- Drainage. The drain must handle the flow and remain accessible.
- Power supply. Electronics require a safe protected line.
- Service space. The unit should not be squeezed in with no access to hoses.
