No. It records only that a submitted document was reviewed at moderation time. A current electrician license is a separate requirement and must match the specific job.

Does KABLAY guarantee the license is active today?+

No. A badge records only a limited review of a number or document at the moderation date. Before regulated work, request the current number and check it independently in the official registry.

Who provides the warranty for electrical work?+

Only the selected electrician may provide warranty terms. KABLAY does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work.

Do I need a license to change a bulb?+

Simple household actions like changing a bulb are not an electrical project. If wiring, a connection, outlet, switch, breaker or panel must be opened or changed, use a licensed electrician.

What should I do if I smell burning or see sparks?+

Switch off the relevant circuit or main breaker, do not touch the damaged point, call 102 if there is smoke, then call a licensed electrician.
