A shower cabin looks like a ready-made product, but the result depends on wall geometry, tray level, drainage, glass fixing and sealing. A mistake in any of these areas quickly becomes a leak, misaligned doors or a bad drain smell.
What this group of jobs includes
- Installation. Cabins, corners, hydroboxes, shower panels, doors and trays.
- Repair. Rollers, rails, seals, hinges, glass, drains and connections.
- Removal. Careful dismantling of the old cabin or tray without unnecessary tile damage.
- Sealing. Silicone, wall joints, glass base, tray edges and drain areas.
What matters before booking
- Opening size and geometry. Walls are rarely perfectly parallel.
- Base type. Ready tray, tiled tray, floor drain or bathtub edge.
- Waterproofing condition. A cabin does not fix a failed wet area under the tile.
- Drain access. Without access, future service becomes difficult.

Frequently asked
Can a new cabin be installed on an old tray?
Sometimes yes, if the tray is level, rigid, leak-free and the right size. But the old tray is often the real source of problems.
Why does a shower start leaking after installation?
Usually because of poor geometry, wrong slope, weak sealing or door seals that do not close properly.
Do I need a plumber or a glass installer?
For ready-made cabins and plumbing connections, usually a plumber. Custom glass may require a glazing specialist.
